We are affiliated with two highly respected national organizations, the <A HREF="http://www.nar.org/" TARGET="_blank">National Association of Rocketry</A> and the <A HREF="http://www.tripoli.org/" TARGET="_blank">Tripoli Rocketry Association, Inc.</A> <P> Our purpose is to provide a safe setting where people can have fun flying rockets together. We fly everything from simple sport rockets to large sophisticated models equipped with cameras, altimeters, and other electronic payloads. <P> We maintain two insured launch sites where we fly at least once a month, sometimes more, weather permitting. Our model rocket launches are held at the <A HREF="directions.html">polo field</A> in Creve Coeur Park. High power launches are held at our <A HREF="directions.html">Elsberry, Missouri</A> site. (See the launch schedule for details.) <P> We also hold monthly business meetings to discuss club business. You need not be a club member to participate in any of our activities. Newcomers are always welcomed and invited to join in the fun.
